Eve bundles intake, chronologies, demands and discovery into one AI system for plaintiff practices. Its contract prices by matters, pages, minutes and leads, so understanding how each is counted matters.

Verdict at a glance

Recommended for

Plaintiff firms with steady case volume and heavy medical-record work.

Bottom line

A strong fit for plaintiff firms with steady volume and heavy medical-record work. Negotiate fixed overage rates, learn how pages and minutes are counted, and calendar the renewal notice.

An AI platform (EveOS) for plaintiff firms in personal injury, employment, medical malpractice, disability and workers' comp: 24/7 intake calls and lead scoring, medical chronologies, demand letters, drafting, propounding and responding to discovery, research, a nightly caseload Auditor and firm analytics. Pricing is quote only. Under its Enterprise Terms, you pay a platform fee tiered by existing matters plus entitlements for matters, pages, voice minutes and leads, with monthly overages; the tier can rise mid-term but won't drop without Eve's agreement, and orders auto-renew yearly unless you give 30 days' notice.

Not for

Defense and transactional firms, and very small or occasional plaintiff practices.

Quick answer

Bottom line: Eve is for plaintiff firms with steady case volume and heavy medical-record work that want intake, chronologies, demands and discovery in one AI platform. Pricing is quote-only (checked October 15, 2026). Trials and pilots are offered "as is", with no SLA, and Eve may delete data uploaded during them (confirm availability with Eve). The trap is usage pricing: a platform fee tiered by existing matters that can rise mid-term but won't drop without Eve's agreement, plus allotments for matters, pages, voice minutes and leads, with monthly overages at Eve's list rates unless your Order fixes them. Orders auto-renew yearly unless you give 30 days' notice.

What this means for you: test page counts on your real record sets, write fixed overage rates into the Order, and calendar the renewal notice.

What does Eve actually do?#

  • Intake and evaluation: answers calls 24/7, scores leads and gets the engagement signed.
  • Medical chronologies from records and bills.
  • Demand letters and other drafting in the firm's voice.
  • Discovery: propounding and responding.
  • Research with citations.
  • Auditor: reviews active matters nightly for missed issues, treatment gaps and next actions.
  • Agents for routine work such as drafting, records requests and calls.
  • Analyst for firm-wide reporting in plain English.

Eve says case data is encrypted, isolated to your firm and never used to train shared models, and that it's SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA compliant.

What this means for you: Eve is meant to sit across the whole plaintiff case lifecycle, not just one task. Outcome claims on its site, such as higher settlements, are vendor marketing.

How does Eve pricing work?#

Eve doesn't publish prices, so you'll need a demo and quote. Its Enterprise Terms set out the structure:

How usage is counted#

  • Pages: each native PDF page, plus another page for each additional 3,000 characters on a dense page; text files and emails per 3,000 characters; spreadsheets per 50 rows per worksheet; audio and video per 3 minutes.
  • Minutes: measured from connection, including time a caller is on hold while the voice agent is connected, and transferred calls while it stays on. Each answered outbound call counts as at least 30 seconds.
  • Leads: wrong numbers, robocalls and existing-client calls don't count as leads. Confirm the agent tags them correctly.
  • Tier changes: if you exceed your tier's existing matters, you move up with a prorated charge. The tier won't decrease during a term or at renewal unless Eve agrees in writing. Affiliates' matters are combined.

What are Eve's other terms?#

  • Term: whatever your Order sets, or one year, renewing automatically for one-year terms unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before the end.
  • Suspension: Eve may suspend access without prior notice in specified situations, such as a significant security risk or a breach.
  • Trials and pilots: provided as is, with no SLA, and Eve may delete data uploaded during them.
  • AI providers: Eve says it doesn't let third-party model providers train public models on your inputs and outputs, and routes inputs through zero-data-retention models unless you authorize otherwise. It can switch providers, but not in a way that materially degrades the service during a paid term.

What this means for you: zero-data-retention means the model provider isn't supposed to keep your inputs after processing them. Get that commitment, and the no-training commitment, in your Order.

What do users say about Eve?#

Ask Eve for references from plaintiff firms with a caseload like yours.

Buyer tips before you sign#

  1. Negotiate fixed overage rates in the Order.
  2. Test page counts on your typical record sets.
  3. Ask how tiers work at renewal, since they won't drop without Eve's agreement.
  4. Calendar the 30-day non-renewal notice.
  5. Don't load real client files into a pilot you're not prepared to lose.

Pros and cons#

Pros

  • End-to-end plaintiff workflow.
  • Nightly caseload audit.
  • 24/7 voice intake.
  • No training of shared models on your data.

Cons

  • Quote-only pricing.
  • One-way tier changes.
  • Page counting adds up.
  • List-rate overages by default.

How does Eve compare?#

Supio and EvenUp are AI platforms for injury firms focused on records and demands. CaseMark produces chronologies and deposition summaries on a usage plan. Filevine is case management for plaintiff firms with its own AI features.
