Legora raises $550M Series E at an $8.8B post-money valuation
Legora says it raised $550 million in a Series E (a late-stage funding round, its fifth lettered round) at an $8.8 billion post-money valuation (the company's value counting the new money). Legora says Atreides Management led the round, with new investors including Baron Capital, Capital Group, Fidelity Management & Research Company and J.P. Morgan. It says ARR (annual recurring revenue, the yearly value of its subscriptions) is now over $200 million and that more than half of the AmLaw 50 (the 50 highest-grossing U.S. law firms) are customers (vendor claims).
